Early Registration
To qualify for early registration discounts, your registration form and payment must be received by 5:00pm (JST), June 1, 2004. Registrations received between June 1 and July 31 will be charged at the late registration rate. Registration closes at 5:00pm (JST) July 31.


Notice
To qualify for publishing the paper in the proceedings, at least one of the authors must complete a registration as a corresponding author before June 1 (early registration). If an author becomes a corresponding author for two or more papers, it is necessary to make additional registrations, which are charged at special registration rate. (Please ask to the financial chair)

Registration Fees
The registration fee includes the participation to all the keynote speech and technical sessions, proceedings, a conference kit, welcome reception, conference tour (half day) and banquet. If you would like to register as a student (without banquet), you have to fax your student ID to the Finance Chair.

Payment
Payment must accompany all registration forms and can be made by bank transfer to the following bank. The transfer must be in Japanese yen. Please include your name, registration number and e-mail address for reference. Your payment must reach us by the early registration deadline if you wish to qualify for an early registration fee.

Cancellations and Substitutions
Cancellations and substitutions are allowed. Registration fee is partially refunded if a cancellation notice is sent in writing, and received or faxed on or before July 31, 2004 to:
